TOLESG / CMP has some very ambitious plans for our music program and business. In every aspect of our company and all its entities, we are committed to everyone involved and will always find ways to support them and open up doors of opportunity.  Also, because we will be bringing nostalgia to every project and program, we want to take our music department back to the old school of discovering, developing, and managing talent, giving them a platform and avenue to create. However, our practices will be far from those in the past...fairness, honesty, and integrity will play a massive part in how we represent our talent. Musicians will feel at home and a part of a family with creative freedom and reaping the benefits of their efforts.

 No one can recreate or step into the shoes of Motown, but we would love to bring back the era and style of talent that Motown was famous for. We will become very active in all aspects of the music industry.
